This modern London restaurant, located on the first floor of iconic Mayfair landmark The Audley, brings together food and drink, craftsmanship and culture.
Designed by Studio Laplace, headed by Christophe Comoy and Luis Laplace, Mount St. Restaurant integrates architecture, art and design, whilst allowing the site -specific artist commissions to take centre stage.
Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the menu is inspired by the capital’s culinary history with some traditional albeit updated London classics.
Executive Chef Jamie Shears works closely with farmers, growers and makers, to secure the freshest British produce from around the UK, including beef and lamb from Durslade, our farm in Somerset.
Mount St. Restaurant is set against the backdrop of extraordinary, specially commissioned, site-specific art.
This includes the breathtaking ‘Broken Floor’, a palladiano mosaic floor by Rashid Johnson throughout the restaurant and a hand-painted artist intervention by Anj Smith in the Games Room on the 4th floor.
